We reconcile all transactions on our system with payment gateways on transaction + 2 working day (excluding Sundays & holidays) basis. All transactions which have failed and where we have received payment confirmation from the payment gateway, will be automatically tried again and a Subscription will be granted by the system within 5 working days from the date of transaction and a confirmation SMS will be sent to your Mobile Number registered with us or email will be sent to you. In case we are unable to grant a Subscription due to a technical reason a refund will be processed within 5 working days from the date of transaction and a SMS or email will be sent in confirmation. Please note in refund cases, the concerned bank may take 4-7 days to post a credit to your account.

This is an automatic process and will be followed in all cases, however, for cases where you have received a payment success confirmation but not received a Subscription or any other case you are welcome to log a complaint by sending email to paymentcare@swigcom.com and we will provide you a quick resolution.

Once payment is successful and service is activated, no cancellation request will be entertained. Service Activation is the final staging of a sucessful transaction.

In case of a dispute/lost card/un-authorized usage is reported by the customer/customer bank, refund will be entertained only within 3 days of transation and refund amount would be calcuated based on deduting pro-data basis usage of service and 10% cancellation fee from paid amount. No refunds will be entertained after above mentioned time frame.

Kindly note, in all cases our liability is only restricted to providing you a valid Subscription or refund to the extent of payment received by us. We shall not be responsible for any other claim or consequential liability arising out of a failed Subscription on our system.
